Turn a stoppage into a delivery decision
When a machine goes down you see the customer order it just put at risk, while there is still time to move work. Keystone runs in a browser with nothing for you to install; the only hardware is a small collector unit we fit and configure ourselves, so machine data stays on your network.
Every reading carries the job it belongs to, so utilisation stops being a number in a meeting and starts answering which orders are affected.
The collector reads MTConnect and Modbus. A FANUC FOCAS reader is written and tested, with a native helper and session control, but we have not yet commissioned it against physical FANUC controls — so we offer it inside a supported implementation rather than claiming it works on your machines.
The boundary
Collection is one-way, by construction
There is no route from Keystone to a machine controller.
No screen offers start, stop, reset, jog, override, spindle, emergency stop, recipe load or machine configuration. The assistant never claims it can act on machinery. An automated test asserts this on every build and fails if such a control appears, so the boundary holds because the build enforces it rather than because somebody remembers at review.

Machine state
Running, idle, stopped and in alarm, recorded over time rather than sampled when somebody looks.
Utilisation and downtime
Time in each state against the calendar the work centre is scheduled on, so the figure means the same thing as the schedule.
OEE evidence
Availability, performance and quality built from recorded state and the bookings against the job, not entered by hand.
Telemetry-aware findings
Factory Watch raises a finding when a machine stops reporting while a job is booked to it, and names the order affected.
